shops like The Enchanted Gallery, Thinker Things and the Silver
Skillet, Flower Hill Promenade has been described as “quaint.”
Whether it will remain so depends on the outcome of a disagreement
over how much larger the mall near the corner of I-5 and Via de la
Valle should grow.
